Made by a mum who's been on that flight
I pack every box by hand. Every idea is tested first by my two kids, Ignacy and Pola, on real trips: hours in the car, on the train and on the plane.
Why "A co to"? It's Polish for "What's this?" – the first thing kids say when they open the box.
We pack your box in 3–5 working days, or the next working day with express. Delivery then usually takes 4–6 working days. Before you pay, we show you an estimated arrival date.
Which box is right for my child's age?+–
The Classic box is packed for three age bands: 6–18 months, 1.5–4 years and 4+. Dinos, Unicorns and Vehicles are for ages 4 and up. Some pieces are small, so little ones should play with an adult nearby.
Can I order for siblings?+–
Yes. Add each child in the builder with their own name, age and world – they don't have to match. You still pay just one delivery fee.
How much is delivery?+–
Across the EU: from €7 to your door, and in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg also from €12 to a pickup point or locker. The fee depends on the country, and you'll see yours when you order. One fee per order, however many boxes.
Can I ask you to swap something?+–
Yes. Tell us in the note what they love, what they already have or what to skip, and we'll pack around it.
Can I return it?+–
Each box is made for your child, with their name on it, so it can't be returned like a regular product. If anything is wrong or damaged, write to us and we'll put it right.
